As a general rule, due to the nature of our store, there are no returns or refunds.  

Grocery - Unopened items, within their expiration date, we can refund.

Shipping - All prices are set by the individual shipping companies.  We do not add any additional charges unless otherwise specified.

U-Haul - All prices are set by U-Haul, except the cleaning fee.  That is left to the discretion of the U-Haul dealer in most cases.
